Role Overview
The Account Executive will spearhead new business growth and nurture high-value accounts across a wide range of industries selling Cyferd’s composable solutions. This role is instrumental in helping scale revenue and expanding market presence across enterprise customers; the most essential responsibility of this role is the strategic management of our most critical customer accounts, ensuring their long‑term success, retention, and growth. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, and to closely work with stakeholders across the organization to support company-wide initiatives.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Enterprise Sales & Business Development – 60%

• Develop a go-to-market strategy to identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise opportunities across priority industries and target accounts.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solution scoping, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Deliver consultative, value-led sales engagements, including tailored demos, presentations, and proposals.
• Develop and maintain a healthy, predictable enterprise pipeline using CRM and analytics tools.

Client Relationship Management & Account Growth – 40%

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in existing key accounts.
• Drive account growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities across Cyferd’s modular platform, and growth generated through stakeholder relationships and strategic introductions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by partnering closely with Customer Success on onboarding, adoption, and retention.

Sales Strategy, Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute sales strategies and go-to-market plans aligned with company objectives and target markets.
• Own revenue, ARR, and customer acquisition targets, ensuring consistent achievement through disciplined sales execution.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene to provide visibility into performance, trends, and risks.
• Stay current with industry trends, AI advancements, SaaS business models, and competitive dynamics to refine strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing to align on lead-generation activities, campaigns, messaging, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery, enhancing client experience and renewals.

Representation & Industry Engagement

• Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Act as a brand ambassador, consistently promoting Cyferd’s value proposition in the market.

What You Bring (Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications)
Track Record: Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a range of industries and software sales (including enterprise SaaS) environments.
Tech Tools: Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and skilled in managing pipelines.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong presentation, storytelling, and deal-closing capabilities.
Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally within technology or SaaS.
Experience working with medium to large enterprise accounts and navigating their associated complexities.
Experience working within a startup or a scaleup is a strong advantage.

Role Overview
As an experienced and highly skilled Senior QA Engineer, you will provide a critical service in quality assurance for our cloud-based platform hosted on Kubernetes. This role involves contributing to the testing strategy, overseeing end-to-end (E2E), API, and performance testing, and ensuring the highest levels of platform reliability. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers, take ownership of release sign-offs, and guide junior QA engineers in quality best practices as the team grows. Our platform uses a wide range of database technologies, so experience in multi-database environments is essential.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
QA Strategy and Leadership

• Design, implement, and manage QA strategies and processes for cloud-based applications deployed on Kubernetes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and increase efficiency.

Test Planning and Execution

• Develop comprehensive test plans for new features and releases, covering functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
  Collaborate with development teams to ensure test coverage across a variety of databases (SQL, NoSQL, non-relational).
• Actively participate in requirement definition meetings with product and development teams to provide feedback on technical and functional specifications.
• Design and execute automated test cases, particularly focusing on CI/CD pipelines within the Kubernetes environment.

Cloud and Kubernetes Testing

• Design test scenarios specifically for Kubernetes clusters, ensuring application resilience, scalability, and high availability.
• Perform testing of containerized applications, including validating service scaling, load balancing, and failover recovery.
• Establish methods for monitoring and logging to detect issues proactively and ensure robust testing within dynamic cloud environments.

Defect Management and Quality Reporting

• Manage the defect lifecycle, tracking and prioritizing issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Develop and present quality reports, key metrics, and test summaries to management, providing visibility into the overall health of the platform.
• Identify and communicate risks associated with platform stability, scalability, and performance.

What You Bring (Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications)
Required Skills:

• 5+ years in software testing or QA, with experience as a Senior QA or similar role.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly within Kubernetes-based environments, and familiarity with networking protocols (HTTP, WebSockets).
• Hands-on experience with multiple database types (SQL, NoSQL, non-relational, key:value), including testing and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing automated test scripts; experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Shell) for automation and test case creation.
• Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
