The Cyferd Work Management App enables Departmental Managers to plan and allocate work priorities and monitor progress across various teams and individuals. Work tasks can be associated to a range of key strategic initiatives so you can easily understand how each team or team member contributes towards your overall strategy.

At the heart of the Work Management App is a powerful Kanban facility that brings modern agile work methods to every manager, giving them the ability to easily update, assign, and prioritize work.

The app also includes automated email notifications when work packages are completed. It is even possible to flag specific projects or tasks as Success Milestones for wider communication, where notifications can be automated to relay good news messages to an internal communications team based on set criteria.
