Overview

The Cyferd Service Management App allows organizations to apply a rigorous service management framework across a range of departments, such as IT, Facilities, Marketing, HR, and Payroll, and can even extend to 3rd parties such as contractors, etc.

The application allows users to raise work requests with supporting data which can then be prioritised in a structured manner. Automated workflows then allocate tasks to suitable individuals or resolver group(s) with appropriate notifications to keep everyone fully informed.

Resolver groups can view current SLA achievements along with current priorities and backlog so they can efficiently complete the work requests. At any stage, the originator, resolver, or management can view the status of any work item, the age of any backlog, its severity, and its priority.

The Cyferd Service Management App is a stand-alone application but can also be integrated with other systems, perhaps to augment their capabilities.
As with every Cyferd app, there is a seamless mobile application that easily extends accessibility to field workers or remote employees.
