The Cyferd Expenses App provides organizations with an end-to-end expense management solution that can simplify expense processes while improving consistency and transparency.

Employees can submit expenses quickly and easily from a PC or a mobile device and our automated workflow will take care of the rest for them. Approvals can be processed through line managers, cost center owners, and Finance to meet your expenses policy using an easily configured set of criteria.

At all stages in the overall process, each user can receive notification of changes, or any required action, and each persona is able to see exactly where relevant claims are in the process. Departmental Managers and Financial Controllers can gain elevated visibility of all transactions in a user-friendly interactive dashboard.

The Cyferd Expenses App can easily be configured to deal with a wide range of different expense types with receipt itemization supported by images that can easily be uploaded. All users can access the Cyferd Expenses App from their computer or from native iOS and Android mobile apps.

The Cyferd Expenses App has been built in the cloud using open APIs which allow quick and easy integration to ERP Finance and/or Payroll systems.
